Say Hello to My Little Friend in Nashville

In this piece, I address a constant irritation, a freebie available on racks all over town (including at the public library), a work of "alternative media" that assaults and undermines reason and biblical perspectives. Some Nashvillians are working hard to make the city a Mid-South version of Portland, but it won't be as easy here as it was on the West Coast. A big reason is that knowledge of and respect for Scripture is still alive in this sector of the Bible Belt, and it's even reflected in the lyrics of country music. But the onslaught is persistent, a reflection of our national decline. Sadly but hopefully I say that it'll take another Great Awakening to sort things out.
