Lest We Hold Our Manhoods Cheap
July 27, 2021
With some Republican backing, the Senate Armed Services Committee passed along legislation which opened the door to registering women for the draft. Back in 2019, I had the opportunity to speak against this before the National Commission on Military, National, and Public Service. (The link to that testimony, which was broadcast on C-SPAN2, is available on this site under A/V.) And my proposed resolution to the SBC 2021 is also on the site under Encounters. It’s hard to believe this policy is going forward through legislative channels. When I heard this, I dashed off a piece on it, and American Spectator was kind enough to run it.
